The appeal is against conviction.

Lakshmikant s/o Chandulal Koturkar was convicted, however, he is no more.

CRIMINAL APPLICATION [APPA] NO.112 OF 2026 :- The present application is filed by the Legal heirs of Lakshmikant to pursue the appeal by bringing them on record. Since the appeal is against conviction, the Legal heirs of Lakshmikant can be brought on record and is permitted to pursue the same.

In view of above, the Criminal Application No.112/2026 is allowed and disposed of. The applicant shall carry out necessary amendment

57-Cr.APPEAL-442-2017 by bringing the legal heirs on record within 14 days from today.

CRIMINAL APPLICATION [APPA] NO.915 OF 2025 :- The present application is filed for grant of early hearing. For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed and disposed of.
