Learned counsel for the Appellant further submits that, since 09/01/2022, the Appellant is behind the bars and the conviction imposed is that of 10 years, therefore, he requests that, the Appeal be heard finally. 4.

Considering that, the Appellant is behind the bars for a period of more than four years for conviction of 10 years, the Appeal be listed for final hearing in the week commencing from 09/03/2026.
