Since the respondent No.2 / informant failed to appear, the Secretary, High Court Legal Services SubCommittee, Nagpur is hereby directed to appoint the counsel from the Legal Aid Panel to espouse the cause on behalf of respondent No.2.

With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, stand over to 23/04/2026.

Since the grievance of the applicant is in respect of shabby / faint pages, there is no need to call the say of the non-applicant No.2.

Since the learned counsel appearing for the applicant undertakes that he will not rely and refer the faint pages during the course of the argument, it would be just and proper to overrule the objection and filing of shabby / faint pages is dispensed with.

Accordingly, criminal application stands disposed of.
