By this application, the applicant is seeking temporary bail on the ground of ailment. As per the application, he is suffering from piles, whereas, the medical certificate shows that he was having pain in abdomen. Thus, the medical certificate and the grounds taken are contradictory one. In such circumstances, the Superintendent of Central Prison, Amravati, shall refer the applicant for the medical treatment in the Government Medical Hospital and the Medical Officer of the Medical Hospital shall ascertain the reason regarding the ailment and shall submit a detailed report before this Court within one week.
