By this Application, the Applicant/Appellant is seeking condonation of delay of 163 days in filing the Appeal on the ground that the present Applicant approached to the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur for engagement of Counsel and the Counsel was appointed to present the Appeal, however, the earlier Counsel has not presented the Appeal, and therefore, subsequently another Counsel was appointed. In the said process, the time was consumed, and therefore, the Appeal could not be filed within time. Considering the reasons mentioned in the Application, which appears to be just and reasonable one, the Application is allowed. The delay is condoned.

On registration of the Appeal, notice be issued to the Respondent No.2 to 6.
