By this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 383 days caused in preferring the appeal. 3.
Ground raised in the application is that, the applicant is having wife and children and his financial condition is poor and, therefore, he could not approach counsel and, therefore, the delay is caused.

Though the reasons mentioned in the application are sufficient and reasonable, considering the statutory right of the appellant is involved, the application deserves to be allowed by taking a lenient view.

The application is allowed. The delay is condoned. 6.
