By this Application, the Applicant is seeking condonation of delay which is caused in preferring the Appeal against the rejection of bail under the provisions of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967. Considering the reasons mentioned in the Application, which appears to be just and reasonable one. Moreover, the statutory right of the present Applicant is involved in that. In view of that, the Application is allowed. The delay of 188 days is hereby condoned. 2.

Appeal be registered.
