Non-bailable warrant has been issued against the respondent no.2 by order dated 15.04.2026. Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 submitted that as he is serving at Pune, therefore, he could appear before this Court. Record shows that after service of bailable warrant, he did not appear before this Court. 2.

Appeal is of the year 2013. Considering the fact that the respondent no.2 is serving at Pune and therefore he does not appear before this Court and also taking note of the fact that despite service of bailable warrant, he did not turn up to appear before this Court. For the reasons stated in the application, non-bailable warrant issued against the respondent no.2 is cancelled subject to penalty of Rs.1000/-. The same be deposited before the Registry of this Court. 3.

Criminal application is disposed of.
