CRIMINAL APPLICATION NO. 370/2026:- The Appellant has prayed for the following relief :- " It is, therefore, most humbly and respectfully prayed before this Hon'ble Court that, it may be pleased to permit the appellant to travel abroad, in the interest of justice."

After perusal of the record and various orders, it appears that, there is no prohibition to travel the appellant to abroad by any of the Court. 3.

Under such circumstances, the application seeking permission to travel aborad cannot be considered. Hence, it is rejected. 4.

It is made clear that, in case, there are any adverse order passed by any of the Authorities, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same.
