1-apeal258.26.odt 2/2 CRIMINAL APPEAL NO. 258 OF 2026 By the present appeal under section 14-A of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, the appellant takes exception to the order dated 21/05/2026, passed in Criminal Bail Application No.91 of 2026 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Darwha, District Yavatmal, whereby the application for regular bail has been rejected.

Issue notice in connection with Crime No.244 of 2026, registered with Darwha Police Station on 16/04/2026 for the offences punishable under sections 64(1), 65(1), 65(2), 78(2), 351(2) and 351(3) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, sections 4 and 6 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2013 and sections 3(1)(w)(i), 3(1)(w)(ii) and 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, returnable on 24/06/2026.
