This Application is preferred by the Applicant for grant of permission to comply the judgment and order dated 31.03.2023 in terms of paragraph 16 within a period of 3 months.

This Court while disposing of the Criminal Revision Application No.161/2013 filed by the Applicant i.e. Dr. Shyamrao Daulatrao Patil alongwith connected Appeal, this Court directed the Applicant to deposit compensation of Rs. 6 Lakhs to the Informant within one month from the date of the order i.e. 31.03.2023. Thereafter the order was challenged by the Applicant before the Hon'ble Apex Court
2 50.APPR.15-2026.odt and the Hon'ble Apex Court by passing the order on 05.01.2024, specifically mentioned that, "we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned judgment and order of the High Court. Accordingly, the Special Leave Petition is dismissed." After passing of the order, not a single penny is deposited by the present Applicant. In view of that, the Applicant shall show his bonafide by depositing the amount of Rs. 2 Lakhs within three weeks and rest of the amount to be paid within two months.

The Criminal Application (APPR) No. 15/2026 is disposed of.
