By this application, the applicant has challenged the judgment and order of sentence passed in Regular Criminal Case No.92/2014 dated 20.04.2017, which is confirmed in Criminal Appeal No.43/2023 by judgment dated 30.12.2025.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant, who has pointed out that she has many arguable points in the present revision application. However, it would take its own time for its final disposal and also pointed out from the impugned judgment.

Learned APP strongly opposed for the same on the ground that the application itself is devoid of merit.

Considering the revision application would take its own time for its final disposal. The execution of the sentence requires to be suspended. In view of that, I proceed to pass following order:
ORDER
(i) The execution and implementation of sentence passed in Regular Criminal Case No. 92/2014 confirmed in Criminal Appeal No.43/2023 is hereby suspended till disposal of the present criminal revision application.
(ii) The applicant shall be released on bail on executing PR bond of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.

Call for Record and Proceedings.

Revision application be listed before this Court for final disposal after receipt of the record and proceedings.

Criminal Application (APPR) No.19/ 2026 is disposed of.
