By way of this application, applicant is seeking leave for amendment. As per the contention of the learned counsel for the applicant that after filing of this application, the non-applicant has filed diverse petition and this fact is to be brought on record.

The proposed amendment is opposed by the learned counsel for the non-applicant, but it is an admitted fact that the non-applicant has filed divorce petition. The proposed amendment would not cause any prejudice to the non-applicant.

In view of that, application deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, I proceed to pass the following order:-
ORDER
i] Criminal Application (APPR) No.24/2026 is allowed.

Leave is granted to the applicant to amend the application. She shall carry out the amendment within two weeks. The amended copy be placed on record and shall be supplied to the non-applicant.
