By this Application, the Applicant is seeking condonation of delay which is caused in preferring the Revision Application against the order passed below Exh.38 i.e. discharge application.

It is submitted that, the delay of 10 days in filing the instant Revision Application is caused as time was consumed in collecting the necessary documents and information.

Learned APP strongly opposed for the same.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the Application, which appears to be reasonable and justifiable one. It is well settled that, while considering the condonation delay application, the liberal approach is to be adopted and

Two Thousand Only) to be paid to the "Public Welfare Account" in Account No. 129712010001014 IFSC Code : UBIN0812978 Union Bank of India, Branch High Court, Civil Lines, Nagpur.
