By this Application, the Application is seeking condonation of delay in preferring the Revision challenging the order dated 29.09.2025 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Nagpur in Petition No.E-42/2024. 2.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the Applicant, that the Applicant approached the Legal Services Sub Committee, Nagpur for engaging the Counsel and for legal assistance. The High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur has appointed the present Counsel and thereafter he sought necessary information, and therefore, two days delay is caused. In view of the reasons mentioned in the Application, which appears to be reasonable and justifiable one. In view of that, the Application is allowed and the delay of two days is condoned.

Revision be registered. After registration of the Revision, notice be issued to the Non-applicant, returnable on 16.04.2026.

The Applicant shall serve the Non-applicant by all modes permissible in law and shall place on record the affidavit of service in that regard.
