By this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay.

As per the contention of learned counsel for the applicant, the applicant has attended the trial court 2-3 times, but during that time, charge was not framed. Therefore, the applicant decided to file a revision and he approached his counsel for filing the revision on 15.2.2026 and some documents were asked by his counsel and in collection of documents, period was consumed and, therefore, 54 days delay is caused.

Learned APP for the State has strongly opposed the said contentions.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same appear to be reasonable and just one. 5.
In view of that, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned subject to costs of Rs.2000/- to be deposited with the "Public Welfare Account", having Account No.129712010001014 (IFSC .....2/-
5 appr55.26 Code : UBINo.812978). On depositing the costs, the revision be registered.

Learned APP for the State waives notice and seeks time to file reply to the revision.
