Leave is granted to correct cause title of case number as it is mentioned civil application in stead of criminal application. 2.
This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the present revision. Delay is of 6 days.
3.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the nonapplicant has filed an application seeking directions and order was passed by the trial court to register FIR. The applicant was to challenge the order, but due to paucity of funds, he could not approach counsel. Thereafter, when he could gather some amount, he approached his counsel, collected documents, and filed the revision. Therefore, the delay is caused. The delay is neither intentional nor deliberate and is just and reasonable and, therefore, the application be allowed and the delay be condoned.
4.
Learned APP for the State has strongly opposed the said contentions and submits that the delay is not properly explained and hence, the application deserves to be rejected. 5.
