The applicant has challenged the conviction order passed by the Sessions Court in offence under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. The J.M.F.C. Court has convicted the applicant for the said offence and sentenced for six months. The order of the trial Court was challenged and the Appellate Court has confirmed the said order. After passing the order, the applicant was taken in custody. 2.
As the applicant has filed this revision application challenging the order of conviction, the sentence imposed upon the applicant is suspended subject to condition that he shall deposit Rs.50,000/- before this Court within a period of one week. 3.
The applicant is released on executing P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like amount.

Bail before the trial Court.

Hamdast granted.
