The applicant has filed this application for suspension of sentence.

The applicant is the accused. The complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act was filed against this applicant. The trial Court has acquitted the applicant and the order was challenged before the Appellate Court and the Appellate Court has convicted this applicant sentencing him for six months and to deposit an amount of Rs.21,50,000/-.

The applicant has challenged the above order in his revision application.

As the applicant has challenged the order passed by the Appellate Court in revision, the sentenced which is imposed upon the applicant is suspended subject to deposit of Rs.5,00,000/- within a period of two weeks before the trial Court.

After deposit of the said amount, the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like amount.
