By this Application, the Applicant is seeking restoration of the Criminal Application (APL) No. 1310/2022, as it came to be dismissed in default on 09.12.2025. 2.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the Applicant that, Criminal Application (APL) No. 1310/2022 came to be listed before this Court on 09.12.2025, however, on that day, the learned Counsel was not keeping well, and therefore, he could not appear.

Considering the reason mentioned in the Application, Criminal Application (APL) No. 1310/2022 is restored to file at its original stage.

Criminal Application (APPP) No.22/2026 is disposed of.
