Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants and the learned APP appearing on behalf of the State.

By this application, the applicants seek relaxation of condition of attending the concerned police station imposed vide order dated 12.06.2025 in ABA NO. 270/2025.

By the order dated 12.06.2025, the applicants were directed to attend the concerned police station on every Monday between 10.00 am to 1.00 pm. The contention is that the applicants have attended the concerned police station 'n' number of times. Therefore, the learned counsel seeks modification of the condition.

Learned APP on instructions, submits that the applicants be directed to visit the concerned police station as and when directed by the Investigating Officer.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the State, the application is allowed.

Condition (b) of attending the concerned police station on every Monday between 10.00 am to 1.00 pm imposed on the applicants vide order dated 12.06.2025 in ABA No. 270/2025 is modified as under :- "The applicants shall attend the concerned police station as and when directed by the Investigating Officer." 7.
The application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
