By this application, the applicant is seeking to recall of the order dated 5.1.2026.

As per the order dated 5.1.2026, this court extended one week time to the applicant to remove the office objections and clarified that failure to remove the office objections, the matter will be dismissed without reference to the court. 3.
It is pointed out by the applicant that though the statement has been made by the learned APP that the chargesheet has been filed in the matter, same was not supplied to the applicant. As such, due to non receipt of the chargesheet, he is not in a position to carry out the amendment. 4.
The learned APP states that inadvertently the copy of the chargesheet was not supplied to the applicant. He further states that he will supply the copy of the chargesheet to the applicant.

The applicant also undertakes to the court that immediately after the receipt of the chargesheet, he will carry out the amendment in the matter.

In view of this fact, the order dated 5.1.2026 is hereby recalled.

The applicant is permitted to amend the application after the receipt of the chargesheet.

The application stands disposed of.
