By this application, the applicant is seeking the restoration of Criminal Application No.586 of 2024, which was dismissed for want of prosecution.

Learned APP has pointed out that the charge-sheet is also filed by the prosecution in the present matter. In the circumstances, the applicant did not press the present application. However, seeks liberty to file the fresh application to challenge the charge-sheet or to take any other recourse as permissible under the provisions of law.
