This is an application by the applicant seeking extension of bail on medical ground granted to him vide order dated 25.07.2025. By said order, the applicant was granted bail on medical ground for a period of 6 months, however, it is informed that condition of the applicant is as it is, as on today.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is undergoing dialysis (three sessions per week). It is submitted that it is Rgd.
Order 170226appp187.26 not possible for the applicant to have dialysis from jail, if he is sent to jail and therefore there is threat to his life. Prayer made is that considering the documents placed on record, the bail granted to the applicant may be extended for a period of 6 months.

The learned A.P.P. has confirmed this fact and submits that what has been stated in the application by the applicant is true, and the applicant is undergoing dialysis thrice a week, and therefore, appropriate orders may be passed.

Considering the condition of the applicant, I am inclined to extend the temporary bail granted to the applicant vide order passed in Criminal Application No. 540/2025 dated 25.07.2025, for further period of 6 (six) months, on the same terms and conditions as are incorporated in the order dated 25.07.2025.

Criminal Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
