The present application is for modification of condition ('c') of the order dated 16.06.2025 passed by this Court which reproduce as under:- "(c) The applicant shall not enter into the vicinity of village Sahur, Tah. Aashti, District Wardha till culmination of trial."

It appears that the charges are yet to be framed, therefore, the learned counsel for the applicant on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the application with further prayer to grant him liberty to approach once again, after examination of material witnesses.

Application stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
