All these applications are for the condonation of delay and for setting aside the order dated 3.12.2025 and for carrying out the amendment.

The order of this court dated 3.12.2025 is very specific that if the amendment is not carried out, the application stands dismissed without further reference to the court. 3.

In my opinion, as the chargesheet is filed in the matter, same can be challenged independently by the present applicant. Hence, all these applications are rejected with liberty to applicant to challenge the chargesheet. All the issues are kept open.
