Issue notice to the non-applicant returnable on 13.02.2026. Learned APP waives service of notice for nonapplicant/State. 3.

In the meanwhile, the learned APP to verify the documents annexed with this application in respect of the health of the present applicant. This Court by an order dated 10.12.2025 granted eight weeks time for cardiac surgery.

Now as abscess developed on the back of the applicant, he is not able to do the cardiac surgery. He is required to first operate it and accordingly operated, therefore the applicant filed the present application.

In view of above, the order dated 10.12.2025 will continue for further two weeks.
