By this application, the applicant is seeking amendment. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

Leave is granted to the applicant to amend the application. The applicant shall amend the application within two weeks. The amended copy of the application along with copy of the charge sheet be placed on record and also supply to the non-applicants.

On failure to comply with this order, the application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
