In view of the said statement, the Investigating Officer is permitted to file the chargesheet within two weeks. On filing of the chargesheet, leave is granted to the applicants to amend the application within two weeks.

On failure to comply with this order, the further proceedings would be subject to the costs of Rs. 1,000/-. The amended copy, along with the copy of chargesheet, be placed on record and shall be supplied to the non-applicants before next date.
