By this application, applicant is seeking speaking to minutes of the Judgment dated 03/02/2026 as in Para No.13 approximately, the fourth line from the below, it is inadvertently mentioned that "Admittedly, the company is arrayed as an accused".

In fact, it should be "Admittedly, the company is not arrayed as an accused".

The said correction is of a typographical error and therefore, it deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, I proceed to pass following order:-

ORDER

i] Application is allowed.
