By this Application, the Applicant has pointed out certain typographical errors in the Judgment dated 21/1/2026 passed by this Court while recording Chargesheet Number and Regular Criminal Case Number.

The learned Counsel for Applicant submits that due to inadvertent error on his part while recording the Crime Number and Chargesheet Number in the prayer clause, this Court has wrongly recorded Chargesheet Number and Criminal Case Number in the Judgment dated 21/1/2026 and same needs to be corrected by way amendment. Hence, he seeks leave to amend the prayer clause of the present Application.

For the reasons stated in the Application, Criminal Application is allowed.

Leave is granted to the Applicant to carry out necessary amendment in prayer clause of the Application forthwith.

Accordingly, in prayer clause - (i) Chargesheet Number be substituted as "145/2024" in place of "154/2024" as well as in prayer clause - (ii) "Regular Criminal Case No. 374/2024" be substituted as "Sessions Case No. 112/2024". 6.
In paragraph No. 2 as well as in operative part of the Judgment dated 21/1/2026, Crime Number is inadvertently recorded as "0695/2025", in fact the Crime Number is "695/2024".

So also in the abovesaid Judgment "Chargesheet No.145/2024" be substituted in place of "Chargesheet No.154/2024" and "Sessions Case No.112/2024" be substituted in place of "Regular Criminal Case No. 374/2024". 8.
