Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and learned A.P.P. for the State.

This is an application filed by the applicants for modification of the conditions in the order dated 12.11.2025 passed in ABA No. 768 of 2025.

It appears that while granting anticipatory bail to the applicants, vide condition No. (iv) they were directed to attend the concerned police station on every Monday between 7.00 and 9.00 pm. The contention is that the investigation is complete and the charge-sheet has been filed. Therefore, the applicant has prayed for relaxation of condition No. (iv).

Since, the investigation is complete and the chargesheet has been filed, I do not see any impediment in relaxing the condition of attending the concerned police

Accordingly, the application is partly allowed. 6.
Condition No.(iv) of the order dated 12.11.20925 is hereby relaxed.

So far as the prayer for return of passport is concerned, the applicants may apply before the trial Court.

The application stands disposed of.
