The Applicant shall carryout the amendment by adding necessary party i.e. the Non-applicant No.2. 3.

After the amendment is carried out, issue notice to the newly added Non-applicant No.2.

The Applicant shall serve the Non-applicant No.2 by all modes permissible in law and shall file the affidavit of service in that regard. On failure to file the affidavit of service, the Application stands dismissed without further reference to the Court.
