This Application is filed by the prosecution for granting permission to file chargesheet on record. 2.

This Application is strongly opposed by the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Applicants and submitted that the whole idea of this Court while passing interim order would be frustrated, if the Application is simply allowed. He stated that if the prosecution has placed on record some material in support of the submission, then only the Application can be considered. 3.

However, today the learned Government Pleader is not available in Court.
