By this application, the applicant is seeking restoration of Criminal Application APL No.1460/2025.

It is submitted that due to mis-calculation of days, the amendment was not carried out. There is a reasonable cause for not carrying out the amendment. In view of that, the application deserves to be allowed.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed.

Criminal Application APL No.1460/2025 is restored at its original stage subject to costs of Rs.1000/-. 5.

The costs be deposited with the "Public Welfare Account", having Account No.129712010001014 (IFSC Code : UBINo.812978). 6.
