Issue notice to the non-applicant/State, returnable forthwith. Learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of the State.

By way of this application, the applicant seeking relaxation of condition no.[v] of the order dated 28.11.2025 passed by this Court in Criminal Appliation No.1136/2025.

Condition no.[v] of the order is reads as under : "[v] The applicants shall attend the concerned police station on every Monday and Saturday between 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m."

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the they are shifted to Shegaon, which is 15 kilometers away from the concerned Police Station and therefore, it is difficult for them to attend the police station regularly. It is also submitted that they are attending the trial regularly, and therefore, according to the applicants they may be directed to attend the trial regularly instead of

I do not find any difficulty to grant the relief which sought by the applicants. In this view of the matter, condition no.[v] of the order dated 28.11.2025 is hereby modified by passing the following order : (a) The application is partly allowed.

(b) The applicants shall attend the Trial Court at Buldhana regularly on each and every date instead of attending the concerned Police Station.
