This is an application filed by the applicant for modification of condition no. (iv) imposed vide order dated 28.11.2025 in Criminal Application (ABA) No. 794/2025 of attending the concerned police station. 3.
Learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of the non-applicant/State.

The applicant states on affidavit that the charg-sheet has already been filed.

In view of the submissions as well as the fact that the charge-sheet has already been filed, condition no. (iv) imposed vide order dated 28.11.2025 is hereby relaxed. 6.
The application is allowed and disposed of.
