It is contended by the learned counsel for the non-applicant that the amount deposited by the applicant therein in the revision application and the non-applicant No.1 was permitted to withdraw the same. The amount of Rs.1,00,000/- is lying in this Court. In view of compromise, the applicant, who is

In view of the order passed by this Court on 22nd March 2024, the original complainant non-applicant No.1 in Revision Application Nos.226/2023, 227/2023 and 228/2023 is hereby permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- on due identification and verification.

The Criminal Application (APPP) Nos.1066/2026, 1067/2026 and 1068/2026 are disposed of.
