The non-applicant No.1 has filed this application for withdrawal of the maintenance amount. The maintenance amount is deposited by the applicant before the Family Court. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant has raised an objection to the withdrawal of the amount. However, considering that 50% of the arrears, i.e., Rs. 30,000/-, has been deposited, the application is allowed. The applicant is permitted to withdraw the said amount upon filing an undertaking before the Family Court. 3.

Application stands disposed of.
