In the first session, when the matter was called, none appeared for the applicant; therefore, the matter was kept in the afternoon session. Even at the second call in the afternoon session, none appeared for the applicant.

This is an application filed for speaking to the minutes stating that there is a mistake in the order dated 30.03.2026 regarding the liberty. It is stated in the application that this Court has granted liberty to file a fresh bail application before this Court after one month and not after one year, and therefore, according to her, there is typographical mistake.

It is made clear that the liberty was granted to the applicant to file a fresh application before this Court only after one year and therefore, there is no question of typographical mistake and correcting the order. 4.

In this view of the matter, the application stands rejected.
