The application is for relaxation of Condition No.(vi) of the order dated 22/12/2025 passed in Criminal Application [B.A.] No.1278/2025. Condition No.(vi) of the order dated 22/12/2025 reads thus:

"vi] The applicant is restrained from entering into the village, where injured is staying till the conclusion of the trial."

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the injured is not living in the village. He further submits that he is having agricultural field in the village, and therefore, it is very necessary to survive as his dependency is on the agricultural field.

I have considered the submissions of the applicant. The order was passed recently, i.e., on 22/12/2025, and the said conditions was accepted by the applicant without there being any objection. Under such circumstances, I am not inclined to relax condition No.(vi) of the order dated 22/12/2025. Hence, the Criminal Application [APPP] No.

1259/2026 is rejected.
