This application seeks restoration of Criminal Application (APL) No. 1288/2025 which came to be dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 17.12.2025 as the applicant could not carried out the amendment in the application sought by him within stipulated time granted by this Court.

The said order further depicts that if the applicant fails to carry out the amendment, the application stands dismissed without further reference to the Court.

The contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant cannot get the copy of the charge-sheet within the stipulated period of two weeks therefore,could not amend the application hence, seeks restoration of the application.

The learned APP for non-applicant no. 1 and learned counsel for non-applicant no. 2 have no objection for the same.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the present application, the application is allowed. Criminal Application (APL) No. 1288/2025 is restored to file. 7.
List this matter on 25.06.2026.

The applicant shall carry out the amendment on or before 22.06.2026.
