CRIMINAL APPLICATION [B.A.] NO. 472 OF 2026:- It is needless to mention that, at earlier point of time, the applicant has already approached this Court by filing Criminal Application [B.A.] No.1300/2025, and by a detailed order dated 29/01/2026, this Court has rejected the said application.

The applicant has again filed present application for releasing him on bail on different grounds, however, even on those grounds when this Court is not inclined to grant bail, the learned Piyush Mahajan
