This is an application for restoration of the Criminal Application No.1818 of 2025, which was dismissed in default. By order dated 27.02.2026, the applicant was directed to amend the application within two weeks, failing which the application was to stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. As the said order was not complied with, the application stood dismissed.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, due to technical difficulties, the amendment could not be carried out online within the stipulated period. However, a copy of Kavita
2 / 2 21-=mca-1415-26 the amended application was supplied to the learned APP on 13.03.2026, i.e., within the prescribed period of two weeks. 3.
It is contended that the delay in carrying out the amendment was solely on account of technical issues. Considering the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The application is restored to its original file. 4.
