By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of condition no.[e] incorporated in order dated 10.04.2026, which reads as under :

"(e) The applicant shall not enter into the vicinity of village Lohgaon, Tq. Karanja, District Washim."

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that considering the old age of parents of applicant who are residing at village Lohgaon, the said condition be relaxed. 4.

There is no force in the contention canvassed by Rgd.

Order 300426appp1536.26 the learned Counsel for the applicant. The condition imposed was on the basis of the facts and circumstances of the case and the same has been accepted by the applicant. Criminal Application is therefeore, rejected.
