The matter is mentioned today in the morning at residence pointing out the urgency that daughter of the applicant in the present matter, aged 18 years has committed suicide last night and her funeral is scheduled today. Considering the urgency in the matter, circulation is granted and the matter is accordingly taken up. 2.
Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the non-applicant.

The applicant came to be arrested in connection with Crime No.204/2024 registered with Janephal Police
Station, District Buldhana for the offence punishable under Sections 365 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Charge sheet came to be filed and Sections364, 120[B] and 302 of the Indian Penal Code came to be added. 4.
The first information report came to be lodged by Jyoti Dilip Ingle alleging that her husband Dilip Ingle had been to Kopargaon, Ahmednagar for some work on 22.06.2024, however, he did not returned back, therefore, missing report was lodged. She learnt that her husband was kidnapped by the accused persons and therefore, the first information report was lodged. It further revealed that the accused persons have committed murder of the informant's husband and therefore, further offences were added. 5.
The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that this application is for grant of temporary bail to the applicant for a period of 7 days i.e. from 10.05.2026 to 17.05.2026 for the reason that daughter of the applicant namely Ujwala Amol Rajput, aged 18 years has committed suicide yesterday night. The postmortem is to be conducted and funeral is scheduled today in the evening. Therefore, by way of temporary bail, the
applicant be released on bail for a period of 7 days from 10.05.2026 to 17.05.2026. It is further submitted that the applicant would surrender himself before the jail authorities on 18.05.2026.

On the other hand, the learned A.P.P. appearing for the non-applicant State states that she has verified the fact that daughter of applicant has committed suicide and there was registration of unnatural death No.07/2026 with Janephal Police Station, District Buldhana at 10.25 hours on 10.05.2026. She further submits that appropriate orders be passed by imposing certain conditions.

I have heard the learned Counsel for the parties. Apparently it appears from the record that daughter of the applicant has committed suicide and accordingly case of unnatural death is registered on 10.05.2026. The applicant has placed on record copy of the registration of unnatural death, wherein it appears that Ku. Ujwal Amol Rajput, has committed suicide on 09.05.2026 at 6 p.m. Considering the fact, that the postmortem is going on, and the funeral is scheduled today evening, I am inclined to grant bail to the
applicant for 7 days. Hence, the following order.
ORDER
(i) Criminal Application for temporary bail is allowed and disposed of.
(ii) The applicant /accused Amol Jaisingh Rajput be released on temporary bail for a period from 10.05.2026 to 15.05.2026, in connection with Crime No.204/2024 registered with Janephal Police Station, District Buldhana for the offence punishable under Sections 365, 364, 120[B], 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code on his furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like amount. (iii) During this period, the accused shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case, as also shall not tamper with the evidence. Furhter he should also not commit any type of offence during the period of temporary bail.
(iv) The accused to attend the concerned police station from 13.05.2026 to 15.05.2026 daily, between 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
(v) The accused shall surrender himself before the jail authorities on 16.05.2026 between 12.00 p.m. to 5 p.m.
(vi) The learned A.P.P. to inform the jail authorities about passing of this order immediately.
