This is an application for speaking to minutes and further deletion of words "investigation is complete and the charge sheet is filed" from the order dated 19.05.2026 in Criminal Application (ABA) No. 399 of 2026. 2.

It is the contention of the learned counsel for the original applicant that the same wording has been inadvertently recorded, and it is contrary to the record. She further submits that the investigation in the present crime is still underway.

The learned APP Mr. A.M. Ghogre, has no objection. In that view of the matter, the application is allowed. Accordingly, the words "investigation is complete Shubham

(2) 1. APPP1717.26 and the charge sheet is filed" be deleted from the order dated 19.05.2026.

The necessary corrections be carried out and the corrected order be uploaded thereafter.
