It is informed that, this Court, vide its order dated 13/02/2026, has granted temporary bail to the applicant for three months on medical grounds. In the meanwhile, the applicant has approached the trial Court seeking bail on medical grounds on 08/05/2026. The said application is pending before the trial Court.

In the present application, now considering the subsequent events, cannot be entertained, for the reasons that, the applicant has already approached the trial Court by filing bail application on medical grounds.

In this view of the matter, the present application is disposed of, however, the bail granted to the applicant by this Court on 13/02/2026 is further extended till 25/06/2026.

The trial Court is requested to decide the bail application before 25/06/2026. The Criminal Application [APPP] No.1728/2026 is disposed of accordingly.
