It appears that costs of Rs.15,000/- imposed on non-applicant no. 2 by this Court vide judgment and order dated 23.12.2025 could not be deposited within time of one week as directed by this Court. Therefore, this application is filed by non-applicant no. 2 seeking extension of time to deposit the costs on the ground that the order was uploaded on 26.12.2025 therefore, within a short span of four days, the costs could not be deposited.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. Permission to deposit the costs of Rs.15,000/- is granted to nonapplicant no. 2. RR Jaiswal

Non-applicant no. 2 shall deposit the costs of Rs.15,000/- with the High Court Legal Services Subcommittee, Nagpur within a period of one week from today.
