Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

By this petition, the petitioner seeks to review the order dated 16th January, 2026 passed by this Court, thereby dismissing the petition which assailed the order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune, in Criminal Revision Application No.268/2025, which had, in turn, dismissed the revision application preferred by the petitioner against an order passed by the learned Magistrate in Criminal MA/2124/2024 dismissing the complaint under Sections 5 and 7 of the Maharashtra Protection of People from Social Boycott (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2016 and Sections 1/2

14-REVW3-2026.DOC 500 and 504, read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

In paragraphs 5 and 6 of the said order, this Court had ascribed reasons which persuaded this Court not to interfere with the order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge in Criminal Revision Application No.268/2025. 4.

The grounds now sought to be urged in the instant petition touch upon the merits of the order passed by this Court. There is neither any error apparent on the face of the record nor any sufficient cause to review the order passed by this Court on 16th January, 2026.

The Review Petition stands dismissed.
